Not only does time fly fast anyway. Due to the recent developments on technology and the world itself, the causes and factors of aging have increased as well. But thanks to a few environmentalists who fight to maintain the natural side of everything; and credits to all the people who have found natural ways to get rid of wrinkles. I made my own list so I could refer to something but I decided to share it with you.

It is the natural time for your body to undergo healing processes, it is the best time for cells to rejuvenate; to add up to this, my dermatologist also advised me to sleep on my back whenever I do go to bed. It prevents the skin from getting lines that will eventually turn into wrinkles sooner or later.

–          A yummy and at the same time effective way to preventing wrinkles. It is said that cocoa and dark chocolate have a content called flavonoids; a substance that is usually found in plants; they are known for their effect of filtering the UV rays.
