All around the world, ladies and women have one problem in common. Wrinkles! When it starts happening, insecurity arises and we all get the feeling of being left out… of young age, that is. Well, personally, I don’t find it a problem, because I have got some ways on reducing wrinkles. It’s not that hard if you really have the heart to follow these tips I’m about to give you. I’ve had my share of lines but they’re eventually finding it hard to make way into my life.
Most of the researches regarding the topic about reducing wrinkles would most probably say “avoid the sun”. Being out in the sun during midday would lead to skin damage. So dermatologists would recommend the use of sunscreen though I would personally recommend not to use it all the time. The skin is capable of producing antigens that fight skin cancer so if we have plans of going out during the day, I would strongly recommend late afternoon or early sun exposure. (The sun is one out of the many sources of Vitamin D). Next, as the cigarette commercials would always say at the end of the ad. “Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health.” Indeed, it is, not only to the internal organs but to your skin as well.
As a matter of fact, cigarettes are said to contain more than 4,000 chemicals that tend to break down/damage collagen and elastin- the very fibers responsible for the potency and elasticity of our skin. If you really want to kill the tree, pull the roots. Meaning, if you want to lessen wrinkles, stop the root – smoking. And for non-smokers as well, you might as well do the same thing by staying away from smokers because the smoke alone can somewhat block the passage of oxygen that is mostly needed for the nourishment of our skin. Last but not the least, never forget to get adequate sleep. During the night, if we sleep at an approximate eight (8) hours, our skin is able to generate this so-called HGH (human growth hormones), hormones that are in charge of keeping the skin elastic and thick making it less likely to wrinkle.
So people of the universe, it’s kind of getting late for all of us to still be staying up eh? A word of advice my dear friends. Reducing wrinkles is not too much of a burden, all we need to do is take these tips into heart. Simple and stress-free living is one of the most effective ways to reduce wrinkles.
