All around the world, ladies and women have one problem in common. Wrinkles! When it starts happening, insecurity arises and we all get the feeling of being left out… of young age, that is. Well, personally, I don’t find it a problem, because I have got some ways on reducing wrinkles. It’s not that hard if you really have the heart to follow these tips I’m about to give you. I’ve had my share of lines but they’re eventually finding it hard to make way into my life.
Most of the researches regarding the topic about reducing wrinkles would most probably say “avoid the sun”. Being out in the sun during midday would lead to skin damage. So dermatologists would recommend the use of sunscreen though I would personally recommend not to use it all the time. The skin is capable of producing antigens that fight skin cancer so if we have plans of going out during the day, I would strongly recommend late afternoon or early sun exposure. Have you ever heard of the so-called ‘youth hormone’? I just found out about this hormone and it was known to be a wrinkle cure.

Slowing down the deterioration of these HGH could then be the answer in wrinkle cure. Continue reading
“Honey, don’t forget about our date. I love you.” My husband said as he was about to leave for work, he kissed me and then said. “You look more and more beautiful each day.” Then, he winked and turned his back. “Hah.” I heaved a sigh and said to myself, it’s such a wonderful feeling to still be in love after 27 years of marriage. It feels like nothing has changed. But as I look in the mirror and start looking for something to wear, I couldn’t help but notice the look on my face. I was able to spot a few number of lines here and there, and that’s when I start wondering whether or not nothing really has changed. I had to find ways to reduce wrinkles; thinking that the best gift I could ever give my husband would be myself.
A friend shared some ways to reduce wrinkles. Those that she would personally use to maintain her vibrant skin. So I had to take note of them. First, she told me that a body well taken care of will give out well and great results. To sleep tight and sleep right would be the first step. Getting an adequate amount of sleep allows your cells and hormones to regenerate, which eventually will result to fresher and younger looking skin. Secondly, strictly no sunscreen; no sun.
