Caffeine on Wrinkles

I heard some women talking about using coffee in their nightly face regimen.  As I checked on this, I found that there are indeed a lot of suggestions using coffee as a cure for wrinkles.

It is not coffee itself that actually gives this positive effect on wrinkles but the caffeine that is in it that can also be found in softdrinks, chocolates and teas. Caffeine is well-known for its antioxidant property, which is widely known as an anti-aging agent. Caffeine also has a stimulating effect on blood circulation. These benefits of caffeine are said to be obtainable not just by having them in our diet but also by directly applying it on our face as a cure for wrinkles. A lot of people, even celebrities, are saying that caffeine-containing beauty products are effective in reducing crow’s feet (wrinkles around the eyes), dark circles and eye bags. Continue reading


Stress is one of the many things that this world offers us. We get stressed with almost everything. Different situations stress us out. Some of the things that cause stress are: Doing a boring or repetitive job; doing a job which doesn’t interest us; having deadlines to beat; family gatherings; being made redundant; losing our job; noisy neighbors; snoring partners; health problems. Name it, you have it! Even the most insignificant things give us stress. But, stress itself has something to offer us. Want to know what it is? Well, stress causes wrinkles!

Stress causes wrinkles? How is that possible? Now stress has got more to it, I believe. But, wrinkles? That’s too much! However, that’s the truth we all must face. Whenever our body is in a state of stress our hormones also change. When the hormones in our body change, our cells and organs also change. This is like an ongoing cycle.
