Over the years, wrinkles have been a common problem among women and men alike. And because it is a common problem, the desire to reduce wrinkles has been great. For this reason, dermatologists and researchers had to find a way to cure this problem. There are a lot of methods that we can try in reducing wrinkles. We just have to choose the best way that we think would suit us.

From the simple table meals, to the air that we inhale and to our exposure under the sun. All of these factors will somehow affect the appearance of wrinkles on our skin, either they delay or speed up the process of aging. Getting exposed in the heat of the sun is unhealthy especially during noontime, because of the ozone’s depletion. UV rays are getting extra harmful to the skin. Although Vitamin D could help in nourishing the skin, it is best to do sun bathing during early morning and late afternoon. Secondly, cigarette smoking is dangerous to your skin as it is to your health. Smoking chronically deprives your skin of the oxygen and nutrients it needs to stay fresh. Therefore, most smokers look pale and old. This is caused by the more than 4,000 chemicals in tobaccos that damage collagen and elastin; the fibers responsible in the skins thickness and elasticity. So if you want to look young and stay young, better do away with those sticks. Lastly, if you’re thinking that reducing wrinkles is all about DON’Ts, well you better think twice. Because here’s a “yummy do”, eat fresh fruits and vegetables. You may even drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Researchers say that Vitamin C is not only in charge of a person’s immunity against common ailments. But it also aids in maintaining vigor and vitality in the skin.

Healthy lifestyle is the key to healthy skin. We reduce wrinkles by loving ourselves, if we want to feel good, then let’s start by looking good. Then doing good will follow.
